I come from a family deeply rooted in public service, which has shaped my lifelong commitment to leadership, advocacy, and community impact. I am uniquely positioned to serve on the Dynamic Southern Regional Nominating Committee because I bring a combination of experience, leadership, and a proven commitment to service that aligns directly with the responsibilities of this role. Over nearly a decade of professional and nonprofit leadership, I have developed the skills to identify, evaluate, and support talented leaders, while fostering strategic partnerships that strengthen organizations and their impact.

I approach every role with integrity, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring that every decision I make strengthens our chapter, our region, and the broader Delta Sigma Theta community.
